Naomi Milstein
Strategic Development

Naomi has worked in the field of youth development, organizing, and community education since 2002. Prior to joining the Goldin Institute, Naomi served as Executive Director of the Chicago Freedom School. Naomi has extensive experience in building youth voice and leadership for educational justice, serving in Indianapolis, Detroit, and Mississippi. After moving to Chicago in 2008 from Ann Arbor, MI, Naomi managed the Restorative Justice Program at Alternatives Inc. where she worked with over 100 public schools across Chicago to implement restorative discipline systems to combat the school to prison pipeline.
