Alexandra Auguste is the co-founder & executive director of Community Leadership Fellows and helps foundations think strategically about their philanthropic strategies. In addition to her service in Chicago, Alex serves as Deputy Director at the Boston Women’s Fund (BWF.) Before joining BWF, Alex served as the Director of National Partnerships at The BASE, a sports and academic program, where she worked with academic, business, and civic leaders to create educational and economic pathways for urban youth to succeed. Alex’s expertise of local non-profit organizations allowed her to become a trusted resource within the donor community.
