Ana Čučković from Zagreb, Croatia, is a licensed mediator and an active member of National team for Crisis and Trauma Intervention. Ana has worked with several NGOs as a trainer, researcher, moderator, facilitator and volunteer. She has been involved in the Pestalozzi Programme for education professionals of the Council of Europe in a variety of different roles: as a trainer, coordinator of trainer teams and moderator of the online Community of Practice. Ana has more than 10 years of professional experience in school education and research, and regularly publishes articles in books and scientific journals.
