Leydi is cofounder and manager of “Seeds of Chances” (Semillas de Oportunidades), a social enterprise that uses art and sport as opportunities to grow skills for life. The organization builds leadership capacity for young people with a focus on gender power relations and the environmental sustainability. Prior to joining Semillas de Oportunidades, Lyedi has worked as social and grassroots leader for a wide range of community organizations, leading the execution of social and educational projects in the Chocó region.
