Lyana Funches is the Program Manager of Capacity Building and Advisory Services for Chicago Cares with a focus on the Power of Service model. Prior to joining Chicago Cares, Lyana was the Vice President of Think Outside Da Block. Lyana is an Englewood native who spent the last 13 years working with community leaders and stakeholders to accomplish the shared goals of a stronger, more unified neighborhood. She is committed to improving the quality of life for the Englewood community and has seen tremendous success in the development and management of relationships and programs.
