Nate Tubbs currently serves as the president of the Island Civic Association, a neighborhood association in The Island community section of Austin on the westside of Chicago with the mission of bringing neighbors together to create a connected, inclusive, and thriving Island neighborhood. Nate is a community organizer, communications professional, and small business owner with a passion for his neighborhood and for building partnerships in the city of Chicago. He has worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years in design, marketing, consulting, and organizing.
