Patricia has an extensive background in civil society and social work. She has worked on the staff of Martin Luther King, taught the first course on women’s studies at a University in Chicago, organized groups that included the wives of policeman, and was a member of the Janes collaborative that provided abortion services (you can see her in the HBO documentary, “The Janes”).

She has served as the director of corporate social policy at McDonald’s corporation, has been arrested more than 25 times for civil rights protests, acted as the director of health programs at a large organization serving Latinos, organized dinners to build better relationships among Latino and African-American communities, and organized and co-led a program to bring together African-American and Latino leaders to create joint civic projects. Patricia is an ordained minister with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Her current mission is to develop and support transformational leaders worldwide.
