Peter Finn is currently the director at Smith Bucklin, where he leads the management and learning for national associations. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University in the School of Education and Social Policy. Peter has designed and managed a number of projects for a diverse set of organizations including non-profits; associations; educational institutions and corporations. Prior to his current role, Peter served as the director of education at the Goldin Institute, a Chicago based non-profit that provides training and consultative support to NGOs. Peter received a MS in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University with a specific focus in knowledge management systems. Peter’s interests include knowledge sharing, knowledge creation, online learning, and leveraging new technologies for innovation and collaboration.
