Vaileth is a dedicated Psychologist and environmental activist using her knowledge to serve her community by inspiring others towards learning, changing behaviours and building a wellbeing society with sustainable development. For the past four years she has worked with a youth engagement organization as youth coordinator. Here, she advocates sexual and reproductive education as well as promoting mental health awareness among young people. She also worked in an environmental conservation organization where she served as a volunteer with Dr Jane Goodall Institute’s Roots & Shoots program.
Her passion for community social change has been inspired by Jane Goodall; meeting with Jane Goodall in person ignited a passion in her to make an impact in her community. Focusing on Jane Goodall’s famous quote:
“What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
